WOW!(WOMEN OF THE WORD) is a ministry based on love that seeks to assist the women of Grace Community Church in their commitment to discipleship. Our ministry is focused on education, fellowship, care, prayer and community outreach. Following is a list of opportunities for women.

Ladies Bible Studies
Sunday morning - Living Beyond Yourself:Exploring the Fruit of the Spirit by Beth Moore. This growth group meets every Sunday morning from 10:45AM-12:15PM. The cost for this study is $15.00 for a workbook. For more information contact Karen Smith.
Tuesday morning - The updated study A Woman's Heart: God's Dwelling Place will be begin on Tuesday, March 16. This is an 11 week study with DVD, discussion, refreshments and worship time. Cost for this study is $15.00 which includes the workbook. For more information contact Jan Smith or Aline Waters.
Thursday evening - Titus:Developing Character and Integrity by Kay Arthur. This growth group meets on Thursday evenings from 6-8PM. For more information contact Julie Eldredge.
Willing Hands
Willing Hands is a list of women willing to care for others by making meals, visiting, running errands and more. To sign up on the Willing Hands list contact Rose Gaetjen or visit the WOW! bulletin board in the church foyer.
Prayer Shawl Ministry
This group of knitters meet regularly to knit prayer shawls. The recipients of these shawls are literally covered and warmed by prayer. For more information contact Winnie McNelis.
Girl's Night Out Book Club
This book club meets at Barnes and Noble at 7PM. Books are available at Barnes and Noble. Any questions please call Paula Kitchen or Jeanne Lange.
